Safety is our top priority. We implement a strict temperament test for all new buddies, maintain a 1:10 staff-to-dog ratio, and our entire crew is certified in canine first aid and CPR. Double-gated entries are standard across all zones.
Please bring updated vaccination records (Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella are mandatory), a sturdy flat collar, and your dog's favorite treats if they have specific dietary needs. We handle the rest!
Yes, to prevent overcrowding and ensure a premium experience, we cap our zones. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. We highly recommend booking a slot via the app, especially on weekends!
No exceptions. For the safety of the entire pack, all dogs must have up-to-date documentation from a certified veterinarian. We do not accept titer tests in lieu of standard vaccinations at this time.
